What is club cheese? 
Club cheese, also known as cold-pack cheese, is prepared by grinding and blending cheese of the same or different varieties without heat. It should not be confused with cold pack cheese food, which contains additional dairy solids and other ingredients. Club or cold pack Cheddar cheese is frequently used in frozen macaroni and cheese dinners.
