Whole Milk Powder or dry whole milk is a nutrient rich ingredient used in products from infant formulas to baked goods; as well as confections, soups and beverages. Whole milk powder is obtained by removing water from pasteurized, homogenized whole milk. It may also be obtained by blending fluid, condensed or skim milk powder with liquid or dry cream, or with fluid, condensed or dry milk.
